Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long does processing and delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard ground delivery via USPS or UPS typically takes 4 to 7 business days and is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for a $9.99 flat rate. See our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my shipment?

When the carrier scans your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email support@getaurascale.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email support@getaurascale.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with an RMA number, a return label, and the return address. Please do not mail returns to our registered office in Sheridan, WY.

Are there restocking fees? Who pays return shipping?

There are no restocking fees. For standard returns, a flat $6.00 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label. Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Fabrics & Care

What fabrics are your pieces made from?

Our pieces use cotton muslin, pointelle, and ribbed cotton knits. The exact fabric content is listed on each product page.

How should I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Line dry, or tumble dry on your lowest setting, to keep the natural crinkled texture. See our Sizing & Fabric Care Guide.

Payments & Security

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted with SSL, and card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
